Delete Your ApexForge Data

How to delete your data

Choose either option:

1. Clear app storage
   Android Settings → Apps → ApexForge → Storage → Clear storage (or Clear data). This removes your profile, workouts, progress photos, and all other app data on that device.
2. Uninstall ApexForge
   Removing the app deletes all data stored in the app's private storage on your device.

What gets deleted

• Profile details (name, age, weight, height, body fat, goals, preferences)
• Profile photo and progress photos stored by the app
• Workout history, logged sets, streaks, volume, and achievements
• Active workout session and locally saved coaching-related app state
• Notification and Health Connect permission prompts stored by the app

Health Connect records

If you allowed ApexForge to write to Health Connect, exercise sessions and calorie estimates already written there are not removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling. Delete those records in Health Connect or Android Settings → Health Connect, or revoke ApexForge's Health Connect permissions.

What we keep

ApexForge does not provide an account-based cloud copy of your saved profile, photos or training history. Coaching messages, recent feedback and selected weekly review records you previously sent may have been processed through our service and by our third-party AI provider. Deleting local app data does not automatically delete information already processed by external services or retained under their policies. Contact us with questions about those requests. Google Play purchase records are managed separately by Google.

If you only clear app data or uninstall, no additional request to us is required for on-device app data.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting app data or uninstalling ApexForge does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel future renewal in Google Play subscriptions.
